Shipping and returns policy
The delivery time to the peninsula varies from 24h to 48h on working days depending on the day of the week that the purchase was made, since deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. It is a 24-48h service (not natural) that begins to count once dCamara.com places the total number of packages that make up the customer's order in the hands of Tipsa, NACEX, Correos or GLS.
For delivery to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time can vary from 48h to 72h depending on maritime traffic and other external conditions (customs procedures or similar).
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
The purchase tickets will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer in their registration in the online store www.dcamra.com and printed together with the shipment of the order.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.
The price of shipments is reflected in the shopping cart or checkout.
Shipping is free if the purchase is greater than or equal to € 100 for all orders to any destination in the Peninsula (Canary Islands and islands not included).
Claim of undelivered orders
The consumer and / or user, after receiving an email that their order has been sent, if after a reasonable period of time they do not receive the product, they can contact dCAMARA.com by phone (+34) 609 414 910, at contact form or by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the claim is obtained, dCAMARA.com will contact the consumer and / or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement about what happened.
In the last case that dcamara.com does not have availability of the contracted good, the consumer and / or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the amounts paid from dcamara.com as soon as possible.
At the time of receiving your order, you must follow the following instructions: check the package when it is delivered. If you notice any damage to the packaging, open it immediately and check the contents. If something is damaged or something is missing, state all the damage on the carrier's delivery note or delivery receipt and notify dCAMARA.com within a maximum period of 24 hours. If it is not done in this way it will be impossible to claim the transport company and dCAMARA.com will not assume any responsibility.
In case of not being able to collect the shipment, Tipsa or NACEX will keep it in the franchise for 7 days, after those 7 days they will proceed to the return, the cost of the re-shipment being the responsibility of the customer.
If once the purchase is made, you want to cancel an order that has not yet been issued, you can do so as long as you indicate it through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info @ 3dpideas .es, customer service form or by phone at (+34) 609414910 indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.
